Unfortunately, we are all limited to only 24 hours in a day. While some people use this as an excuse to skip out on exercise, others use it as a way to better their time management skills!
It’s not that fit people have MORE time in a day to cook healthy food or workout… it’s that they MAKE the time. They prioritize and manage their time so that they can accomplish the things that are important to them.If eating healthy food is important to you, wake up an extra 15 minutes earlier to scramble some eggs and microwave some oatmeal! Set aside an hour or two on a weekend or after work to cook your food for the rest of the week (store in tupperware in the freezer/fridge so it’s ready to go immediately). There are plenty of healthy, on the go snacks that take minimal time and effort to make!
Take your gym clothes and protein shake to work and/or school with you so you can go straight to the gym during breaks/lunch or afterward! Wake up earlier and go beforehand if you don’t have the energy to do so after!I go to bed early and get up at 5 a.m. every morning so I can do my lifting, cardio and get a healthy breakfast. I could potentially sleep in until 8 and still get to work on time, but my health and fitness is more important to me than sleeping in or staying up late partying. Make your health a priority!!! It’s the only body you’re gonna get, so take care of it!
